XR, XRL pumps are vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump of in-line design, which is driven by a standard electric motor. The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between the pump head and the pump casing by means of staybolts, The pump casing has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line). All pumps are equipped with a cartridge mechanical seal for easy maintenance. XR, XRL pumps are available in various sizes and various numbers of stage to provide the flow and pressure required. The pumps are available with DOOCH variable frequency drive (NQ/XQ/NSQ Drive).Motor :

DOOCH PUMP warranty period and after-sales service:
The warranty period is 24 months after the equipment is installed and debugged, or 14 months from the date the goods leave the seller's factory, whichever is earlier. During the warranty period, if the machine fails due to quality defects in equipment parts, the seller will repair it free of charge and provide replacement parts free of charge, and send them by air express, the cost shall be borne by the buyer, and the buyer shall provide necessary cooperation. If the buyer requires the seller to dispatch engineers to provide services, the buyer shall bear the round-trip expenses of the dispatched engineers, including round-trip air tickets, accommodation, translation fees, local transportation fees, etc. In addition, the buyer shall pay the daily service fee for each engineer. During the warranty period, the following expenses shall be borne by the buyer: equipment wearing parts, operating consumables, and parts replaced as planned according to usage requirements.
If the equipment is damaged due to human factors, failures, illegal operations, handling and improper use, or failure to conduct necessary inspections, repairs, maintenance of the equipment as required, or other reasons not the seller's responsibility, the seller shall provide relevant technical services or support, but the resulting costs shall be borne by the buyer. If the equipment is damaged due to parts purchased by the buyer but not manufactured by the seller, the seller shall not bear any responsibility and has the right to terminate the equipment warranty and after-sales service.Company Profile
